    Heritage Railway Volunteer:
    Yes I am an active volunteer
    I'm surprised that no-one has commented on the recent decision to make soe members of staff redundant. A few years ago the MRC was one of the important bases for mailine steam, nowadays it seems to be a shadow of its former self. Is there anyone on here who can comment on what's going on?

    No I cannot comment on this, however I have had a list of wagons from them. Whether some are for sale I know not.

    I'm not circling like a vulture, wondering what might come up for disposal. I'd rather be hearing that the problems have been identified, and what steps are being taken to put them back on track (apart from making people redundant).
