    Yes I am an active volunteer
    Ex Netherlands State Railway Diesel Electric Loco No 663 has been purchased by Ribble Rail Ltd, for use initially on Commercially operated freight trains on Preston Docks.
    When Dual Braked, the loco will also be available for occassional Passenger working & Diesel Gala appearances.
