    The Taff Vale 28 team at the Gwili Railway has announced an overhaul agreement with the National Railway Museum to return Taff Vale locomotive number 28 to steam

    They are also announcing a very generous grant of £18,000 from the Association for Industrial Archaeology (AIA) to fund the overhaul of the chassis.
