      Interested in your recent posting regarding the change to diesel quality effective 01/01/11 which you indicate has ramifications for diesel locomotives - especially those stored in the open.

      I would be interested in preparing a news item for Heritage Railway on this matter and wonder if you could (a) giv more details or (b) give a contact number to discuss it further.
