    I've read on this forum about the proposed meet up in 2013 of all six A4s, but I thought read somewhere of another special event at the NRM in 2012.
    If this is so, what is that event please?

    I suspect this is Railfest 2012 which is being held between June 02 - 12 2012. It is in the NRM events list but no specific programme has been announced as _ I presume - events / locos are still being negotiated

    Reported in Railway herald that an LMS coach is to be restored to match The beautifull Bathtub now in residence, ..
    Wondering how the restoration of that Beavertail at Barrowhill is coming along, coupled to Mallard that would be a nice counterpoint esp in Coronation colours...

    As Drummond's 1905 Class M7 Number 53 is the Last working M7 [at Swanage] - do you think that might qualify it for inclusion consideration?
    If so, I might be able to get the Railway to consider their need for it in passenger service, or not, during June 2012.
    P.S. The Railway has Class 33 D6515 (complete with main line ticket) which might also be available to haul anything NRM-wards if needed I would have thought.
