Cambridgeshire is flat. Well, most of it is. However, in a suburban back garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac can be found a splendid representation of a little bit of the Swiss Alps. It's called the Ruschbahn and I was recently privileged to pay it a visit. I took loads of pictures, and a few of them are now on my Fotopic site :

As is my usual practice, this is the 'Stop Press!' colletion where all the new pictures go for the first couple of weeks or so. In due course I shall move them on and they will then be in a newly created 'Ruschbahn' collection which is here :

More pictures will be added as time permits.

    Great railway

Is this your railway? I've got the start of a G scale railway nothing like that yet! I saw the photographs on your site of Whittlesea Mere, interesting as I only live a stones throw from there at Pondersbridge.
    Keep up the pics.

No, it's not mine. Wish it was!

The Fen Posts are interesting; it's hard to imagine that the ground level was once at the top of the post!
