    That's spelt F A R I N G T O N . J U N C T I O N ..... single R. ...... (As opposed to F A R I N G D O N - which is somewhere 'darn sarth', or so I am reliably informed!)
    And the next junction to the south, E U X T O N . J U N C T I O N, the locals up here pronounce it as EXTON rather than the YOOXTON, that consistently continues to be used on at least one well-known steam-timings hotline.
