I believe that Clive Groome has cooked a three course meal on a loco, including baking a cake. I'm sure that I saw a programme with this a good few years ago. The 'Going Loco' programmes on Channel 4, perhaps?

Did it with Avonside1563 on 'Lewisham' at Foxfield a good 20 years back now. Soup in billy can for starters. Chicken and potatoes in the ashpan, peas and carrots on steam heat, gravy in billy can, then Christmas pud on steam heat with white sauce in billy can (again). Was all surprisingly edible :) .
