Missing Wagons

    Yesterday morning, I received (on Facebook...) a message regarding some ex ICI hopper wagons 'in storage' in the Midlands.
    The post (like most others) has since disappeared.
    The gist was that the owner received a communication regarding his wagons on the site, asking for them to be removed, due to redevelopment works. On arrival at the site the next day, the wagons had disappeared.
    Does anyone else have any knowledge of this apparent scrapping of heritage items?

    They were scrapped a couple of years ago by the sounds of it.
