    Not wildly exciting (by any stretch of the imagination!) but a few phots of what seems to be a snowplough museum on the Island of Sakhalin - don't know much more about it - they were taken by a colleague in the oil industry. Mostly looks like Soviet equipment but built to Japanese gauge.

    That would be about right - it was Japanese up until the dying days of WW2 when the russians invaded and they have never given it back.
