    Life-long railway, maritime and civil aviation enthusiast. Worked on the 'big' railway (BTP) from 1968 - 2002. Lecturer in Marine Law and Management subjects at Fleetwood Nautical College 2003 - 2017.

    Was a volunteer @ 'Steamtown' Carnforth from 1969 - 1984.
