For a long time i've wanted to see a rake of Gresley coaches in BR livery, with the fondness for BR liveried loco's now it makes sense....
didnt know you guys had a 4 wheel W&U coach, just the bogie one...
This may sound odd.....whilst i look forward to 60103 on the mainline.....i cant wait to see her on a Van train at the GCR.....
I see DBS are selling off another load of 08's
thats him!
More i think on it sounds like him, very odd/posh accent and never took anything seriously, still remember his bouncy walk...
Sure its same chappie i knew at Ratty years back.
Im sure he was also at the Ratty?
All she needs now is a nice brass dome ;-)
Personally i love "foriegn" locos, some of them are quite nice!
Even better, A1 northbound and A2 southbound passing each other on railtours on ECML :-D
Id like to see Hornby do a new model of the Collett design Auto trailer, to nicely complement the Bachmann 6400 in GWR livery, whilst it is nice...
Fully agree, Gresley had his styling right first time time with 1470!
Post war LMS Black would get my vote ;-)
The livery makes perfect sense to me, majority of coach rakes on mainline are BR liveried, so unless your going to go to spend a long time, alot...
my mistake, as a northerner and having never visitied both, i always get swangage and mid hants mixed up!
calbourne ran towing they're thumper!
Adams radial tank!
Falcon, failing that a class 40 any day!
And perfect for the IOMR's diner trains....
