Some bright running so far, 22mins 17 secs Reading-Didcot start to stop with a max of 69.5 at Cholsey.
Looks like there's been some smashing running by 46100 today. If RTT is to be believed, around 64mins was covered from Plymouth to Exeter,...
Very enjoyable report of what was quite a toil for 45690, but a set of challenges that were seized with both hands from all concerned.
By far the best whistle to experience at speed! Think the goosebumps will take ages to die down...

A bit late in coming but here's my report of Monday's run: A particularly grim day, even by Yorkshire standards, greeted us as top and tailed 47s...
For the record, 46115 with 11 on stormed up 'The Drag' with a minimum of 39mph above Selside. Still have the grunting roar running through my head!
Blimey, that is very hard on the eyes!! o_O
I'm looking forward to raking in some more miles with 46115, whilst we've still got the chance.

Also 46233's 25th March run from Glasgow is now going from Perth. The Duchess is booked to come off the train at Carnforth.
45212 and 45407 have been added to the line-up, only for Friday and Saturday before taking their place on The Tin Bath.
