    Hello,

Have been looking at buying a pocket watch for some time and have decided that I would like to try and get hold of a railwaymans type pocket watch as something a bit more interesting to me.

I was wondering if anyone could offer any guidance, what should I look for, how much should I expect to pay etc.

I have been sent the details of an LNER one in working condition by a friend- but I don't really know what represents reasonable value.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

    Regards

    Chris
