Too much information

Chatting to a carpenter at a job in Dorchester today.
The chap in question comes from Wareham.
For some reason we got onto the subject of the Swanage Railway.
He confidently told me it was shut and trains would no longer run and all their loco's were going to the Watetcress line.
It was true because he had heard it on the radio.
A closer scrutiny of his statement revealed that yes, the railway was closed for a few weeks for maintenance and yes 41312 was returning back to Ropley.
He just filled in the rest of the story.
Perhaps I should have pointed him in the direction of NP?
He would fit in nicely.

 

Blimey ..... their next gala will likely send the poor chap into total meltdown!

 

With logic like that he should fit in well in the House of Commons.
