Two moderators needed.

I would like to inform the general membership that we are now starting the recruitment process of adding two new moderators to the very experienced team we have here already.

Stating why you think you would want to become a moderator, and what you think you could bring to the team.
I would also like one positive and one negative about the forum, describing why and what you would do differently.

These could be anything from a change in the process of registration to adding a brand new feature.
