No I do not currently volunteer
Despite living in Bristol then Frome I have never visited until today.

    Details are here

    https://www.wzlet.org/

It had to be a rather brief visit but the cake ;looked home made (The important bit) and its on the way to the WSR which helps with future visits.

An interesting collection of stationary engines, mostly steam but including a Crossley diesel & a Lister Startomatic.

Easton & Amos pump, the original engine on the site being started & run.

There is also a very short 2ft line with a train running and a small collection of loco's onc;uding a Simplex & several Listers

    Well worth a visit

By a lucky coincidence, I was in the area on Wednesday, 18th August which I was told was the one weekday in the year when they are open with engines in steam and operating; normally, they only open on Sundays. So I went along to have a look and shot a bit of video while I was there:

Hope it's of interest. As it says above, more details can be found here: https://www.wzlet.org/
