    02/12/14. It's been a long time since I got a chance to go out and record steam but I'm back out in action. The first tuesday of the month brought me a chance to see not one, but two Black 5 locos, and I decided to visit Chippenham to watch them thunder through at speed. They both put a fine show on, although they were running around 15 minutes late thanks to a HST taking priority at Temple Meads from what I understand. The video is short but sweet. Hope you enjoy.

    06/12/14. A very chilly Saturday takes me to the peace and tranquility of Avoncliff, and I stand waiting to see WCC 34067 Tangmere working the Bath Christmas Market, from Three Bridges to Bath and then Bristol. The day was thankfully sunny without ice or the dreaded snow, but the temperature was rather on the low side! It was worth the wait in the cold, 34067 was running around 4 minutes late, not bad considering she started from Three bridges before around 7:45am but did put on a good show as usual.
