    Welll done to Peter Robinson for coming up with some amusing anagrams of ther names of preserved steam locos in the February 2015 RM. I've had some fun and games working them out and have managed to solve 19 out of 20. PLEASE can someone enlighten me which loco is an anagram of "SWIFTLY LEO"? I can't work this one out.

    You could be right! I've tried and tried to think what it could be and drawn a blank. All the other 19 are main line locos that worked in the BR era. I went through all the early locos I could think of (Locomotion, Sans Pareil, Puffing Billy etc) but none of them fitted. Likewise, nothing withdrawn pre-BR and in the NRM (Gladstone, Aerolite, Henry Oakley) so it's either a mistake or a rather obscure industrial. Like you, I'm inclined to think it's the former.
