On Sunday I went to the annual Country Bus Rallies East Grinstead running day, along with many others. This years event was marking the 50th anniversary since the entry into service of the XF type, which spent most of their lives based at East Grinstead. Both surviving members of the type were in attendance with the LT and later London Country livery being worn. Also in attendance was the one off, FRM1, which was also in service. My photos from the day can be seen here http://paulgildersleve.smugmug.com/...-12th/48585441_WWcSHB#!i=3988970277&k=6kfNDtT

I'd kill to be able to own a little Austin 7 like that. ;) When we we young and freshly married our very first car was an Austin7, we didn't have much money, the car needed new tyres, we couldn't afford so we had to sell it. Now we are old I keep saying to Mrs V "let's sell the Jaguar and buy a little Austin". My pleading falls on deaf ears.:(
