    Yes I am an active volunteer
    They used to do a Gala in May each year called Coming Up With The Goods and it used to feature picking up and dropping off wagons in Quorn Yard. I used to like it but they stopped a couple of years ago. Maybe a fresh take on that theme.

    I haven't been to the GCR in a long time, maybe I'm overdue a visit....

    i dont know about ratbag hall but everything else is pointing the proper way !! up the hill
    as the turntable is broke it should hopefully remain that way

    the hall is doing the tpo so assume it will be too!not seen any tender first tpo's yet .

    Well worth the trip, enjoyed both days on the trains and trackside. The 9F looks the business as Evening Star and the 8F still smelled of fresh paint/varnish as she steamed past in the sunshine on Saturday. Two images from the weekend... IMG_6603lr.jpg IMG_6683lr.jpg
