    With glorious unbroken spring sunshine , a superb crew and really good company from the participants a very enjoyable day was had

    Thanks Martin for organising a great day at the CVR on Saturday, especially for the fantastic weather! The efforts of the loco crew are also much appreciated, especially for carrying on for as long as possible despite the difficulties with the locomotive. Hopefully it will not be too long before 69621 returns to traffic after overhaul.
