The first run of the Knotty Heritage train takes place on 26th April at Foxfield. The rake will be hauled by Beyer Peacock 1873 / 1879, it should be a great day. The Trust stand will be on site as will most of of the Trustees, come and say hello if you can.

I have confirmed today that the owner of perhaps the largest private collection of NSR items has agreed to set up a display that will include station signs, signal box boards and many other relics. This will be the first time for many years that we have had a display of this type at Foxfield.

Also confirmed this week are readings from the works of Potteries author Arnold Bennett who brought to life tales of travel in Victorian North Staffordshire. All set to be a good day, if you visit as a result of this post please mention it.
