Nice vid. Looks like Englemere crossing. Ascot is in Berks not Surrey btw!

Was that through the doors, or did you escape out of a drop down?

It is Englemere crossing, Yes I know, the mistake is acknowledged in the summary and corrected on youtube with a notation panel over the mistake. Interestingly however (I have had this before) some browsers under certain circumstances don't show youtube notations.

I thought the same although instead of execution, a serious repremand will suffice!

When the screech came out, I almost dropped the i-phone! It doesn't seem that he knew man and child on the platform just a release of joy that he managed to pop his head out and not get caught.

He must be dreading a knock on his front door though in the days ahead ha ha ha!

You might not, but the rest of us who weren't on board no doubt thoroughly enjoyed it :)

Being over 30 minutes early it caught me on the hop, so this is a snap shot, no tripod, no external mike, no set up - Mayflower over Grosvenor Bridge on the return to Victoria

Not bad for a 'snapshot'. An interesting reminder in this shot of how far forward the dome sits on a B1 compared with typical positions on other classes.

Oh here we go again, you post inflammatory remarks then woe betide anyone who responds. This theme is getting a little tiresome now.

There's "responding" or making personal nasty remarks about what people do. I won't stand for it, especially from a so called "responsible" mod.
I'm perfectly entitled to defend myself.
    Where's the inflammatory remarks anyway?

I don't think the account was published to keep everyone informed, just to rub my nose in it & make me feel guilty.
He wouldn't of said it if he wasn't having a dig at me.

A great day out with SD's. my first with them for a long time. good to meet up with a few of the 'Regulars' on this. We were discussing if SD's covered their costs on this with basically only 6 out of the nine carriages bringing in revenue. The brake at the back had four compartments and only two were occupied.

You still don't get it do you, whilst the first couple of paragraphs were in response to you post, everyone else knows that the rest was Big Als report, for those interested, on the days run. If you think it was aimed at you then you are so sadly mistaken.

So are you honestly thinking that 'Big Al' s typed all of that just to get at you (or maybe just to inform others on an internet forum?)? If he did it must be one of the most obtuse and time consuming efforts to 'rub someones nose in it' the internet has ever seen.

Well I am pretty sure that was not his intention, but I have to assume you are right and accept he posted a summary of the run deliberately just to upset, annoy and have a dig at you. I have to say he clearly did a fantastic job of it, succeeded beyond his wildest dreams and is far more astute, clever and devious than I had previously given him credit for.

I had my account here set to "Ignore" buseng for a while, but that caused a problem when I saw someone's response to a post from buseng. The "Ignore" setting meant that the quotation of buseng's post wasn't visible, only the response, which thus appeared to me to be a response to the immediately preceding post, which happened to me one of mine.
