    The Lunchtime lineup outside the Shed today was 1450 (BR lined Green), 1466 (BR unlined black), 1501 (BR lined black) , 3738 (GWR Black), 3650 (GWR green, roundel).

    Not a good photo, and even worse after I crudely upped the brightness to emphasise the colours, but you get the idea.

    A good day despite the cold and dark conditions. 1501 goes very well but it looked & sounded like she had priming problems in the morning.

    Few pictures from a damp Sunday. When the sun was out it was lovely watching all the movements going on. Resident pannier running around shunting wagons moving engines around to new positions. Lovely stuff, so thank you to all the volunteers thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyway I digress

    Made my first visit to Didcot since I was a child on Monday, brought back plenty of memories! Great day, loads to see and good beer from the bar in the coach. :)

    Bob Fry 1945 - 2015.
    One of 3650's restoration engineers and latterly, DRC locomotive Manager and GWS board member.
    Will be much missed.
