When GWR 2-8-0 no.3803 was bought from Barry a Collett 4000 gallon tender came with it. The South Devon Rly later sold this tender to the Paignton and Dartmouth Rly. Do the PDR still have it or can anyone tell me who the PDR sold it on too?

IIRC this one formed the basis of the rebuild now used with 9351 on the WSR but I'm not 100% certain of that. I do know that 3803 now has tender 3029 which was purchased ex BR at Plymouth - initially used in preservation with 7812 then 7820 before 3803.

Thinking further re that I don't think a Barry tender was purchased with 3803 but an ex BR 4000g tender was at Buckfastleigh for a while on display with 7027(?).

3803 definitely came out of Barry with a 4000 gallon tender. It is mentioned in the news section of the SDR website in 2000 in an article on 3803 and was confirmed to me recently by Richard Elliott at the SDR.
I think you could be right though about if going to the WSR for 9351. Can anyone else offer confirmation?
