82045 The way ahead?

No `jab` intended. Our webmaster came up with the expression when he first designed our website. It is very appropriate and has served us well.

 

Thank you very much for the July update. More positive progress. Have shared the report with friends.

 

Oh I'm sure it wasn't, was only joking about it. It's nice really that with all the variety of new build projects we have going on in our movement, there's not really any competitive, mean spirited jabs at each other, all very civil.

 

More good news from this deserving project.

Two questions if I may. Will the smoke box and door be in place for the ASG and as you already have the 'flat pack' for the cab, is it being constructed at Bridgnorth ?

 

Thanks Gios. Sadly it is unlikely that the smoke box and door will be in place for the ASG. Not all the parts are to hand yet and there is only a short time to the event. The cab will be assembled at Bridgnorth - some parts are away at the moment being shaped to the correct profile.

 

Thank you for the reply 82045MS. Shame about the smoke box, never mind, can't have everything at once. I am being a little too impatient !

Hi Matt, we are just home from the gala (and what a cracker it was!). Thank you for the gorgeous chocs, I have resisted so far and will enjoy them more at home. Really no need but thank you anyway. Hope to see you at the next big gala. Kind regards

1450 pulling three GWR coaches. The only scheduled stopping train for Eardington. Tickets: 19.65 or Premium 24.65. Limited seats, additional attractions and jollies.
