Lincolnshire Coast Light Railway Gala - September 20th

The annual LCLR gala will be held at the Water Leisure Park, Skegness, PE25 1JF on Sunday the 20th of September from 10.00am to 4 pm.

In addition to the usual display and running of the Historic Vehicle Trust collection of great War era vehicles, including Class D’s, Class P’s and the Ambulance Van, there will be the carriages from the Ashover, Nocton and Sand Hutton Railways on Display. Also available to view will be our Peckett Steam locomotive (in many pieces) being restored at the moment.

Motive power from the collection of Simplex diesels, including Wilton’s first time out with its new bodywork.

Passenger journeys still only £1 per person, shed tours and photographic passes available at an extra charge.

In addition to the railway vehicles on the same site on the same day there will be a Classic Car and Bike Show, with a rare chance to see many vehicles from a private collection, movements on the operational airfield and helicopter rides ( all at extra charge).

Just a quick reminder that the annual LCLR gala will be held at the Water Leisure Park, Skegness, PE25 1JF on Sunday the 20th of September from 10.00 am to 4 pm.

In addition to the railway vehicles on the same site on the same day there will be a Classic Car and Bike Show, with a rare chance to see many vehicles from a private collection, static aircraft and helicopter rides ( all at extra charge).
