Nice and a bit different,,, pity no one can get shots on Carnforth MPD at the moment as there are likely to be 2x black fives, 2x Jubilees (actually edit is 45699 away at NRM) and 1x Scot in residence (as well as a BoB!)

Apologies as you are correct the 37 was on the front when it arrived at Carnforth so it must have swapped over at some point after Austin's video .

 

Britannia LE move Southall to Bluebell railway tomorrow is cancelled, 70000 is not fit. They are now having Bittern, which I assume will travel from the MHR by road.

I would assume thus. Shows up as a WCRC move so unless there is anything steam powered at the NYMR that needs a move to the NRM one would expect a diseasel

TIN BATH ECS Departed Carnforth via Lancaster to Blackburn hauled by fives 44871 and 45407 @11.57 , presumably to overnight at Blackburn.

RTT now showing status as "cancelled throughout due to a request by the customer" - this for the second week running, since the move was originally planned for Tuesday 27th October according to a previous post/ RTT. Pity, I was hoping to catch this on its passage through Northamptonshire. Any updates on what's going on ?? Tornado is scheduled for the BBP on Friday (6th) so I assume that this time the postponement will be very brief.
