No times on UKS either (or for any of the other trips today).

 

Tangmere sounding nice and going well on time at Bedhampton. Dead 47 on rear

 

A few minutes after Don saw it, she was still going well and on time working away from Fareham passed Knowle. DL on the back just on tick-over!!

 

Return is 47832 solo. Just pulled into Bristol

 

Anybody know what's happened to Tangers?

Just noticed from the WCR thread that Tangmere isn't on the list of engines which have ORR approval unless its ben added in the last two days.

 

My footage of Tangmere on the outward journey. My locations were Mottisfont and Dunbridge, Bapton and Newton St Loe.

well at least it waited till it got to the depot before it chucked its toys out of the pram and didn't sit down on the main line.

Cant vouch for the legitimacy or otherwise of this snippet, but a little bird tells me

But that kind of operational issue seems to fit the failure at depot scenario.

 

We were waiting at Dilton Marsh for the return but obviously only a shot from Bradford on Avon at lunchtime...

 

Can confirm - 47 hauled the return trip.

I hope Mr Riley is getting a Black Five or two lined up quickly. Next planned 34067 duty is on Tuesday.

 

Come on Don, if it wasn't on the approved list it wouldn't of been out on the network over the last 3 days.

Shame she's failed this evening as she was going well at Bosham this morning, sounded pretty good too in fact. Would have seen you at Bedhampton this morning but the family and I decided to head into Chichester so caught her on the way in.
