Brilliant weather for start of gala

 

Has anyone else tried to use the Minehead Webcam today. I haven't had an success with it yet.
I just keep getting the "This stream is offline" message. Any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like it only had a brief revival yesterday before going down again today!

 

Everything seems to be going well. The weather's been nice until I started writing this. SKP seemed to be struggling a bit with 8 on the climb from BA to Washford!

Thank you for replying Ian. Yes, I think your statement must be correct.
Shame the Webcam couldn't have stretched the "revival time" to last until at least the end of the Gala.
I shall have to look forward to this weekend's visitors hopefully sharing their own videos either on here or with links to You Tube.
Never the less, I would have liked to view some live locomotive action from the WSR, via the webcam, before I visit on Thursday and next Saturday.
Suppose I can't have everything today, the Arsenal have taken a point away from White Hart Lane after going down to ten players. Settle for that.

 

There's always the Crowcombe webcam, but it suffers from poor broadband in the area. If more than 4 or 5 people try to watch, it just gives up!

Is there a Menu & Price List for the QB anywhere? I am taking short people next week and Domestic Facilities Management will be displeased if they are not fed

 

This evening's trip behind 88 was truly epic. It was worth making the journey from Fflint just for that and my all-day breakfast on the Quantock Belle.

 

Looking forward to seeing the pictures flowing in!
