dont think any steam has been around the Todmorden curve yet and probably thats why they said no to that route. Only other way is Hellifield Leeds and Hebden Bridge etc.

Both Man Vic and Copy Pit was do-able by DB and a crew was in place.

OK, so please can you clarify exactly why 6233 did nit move to the ELR?

Some clips from the Saturday, including a rather bizzare incident where the driver of 32 'Gothenburg' had to stop because someone was sitting on the railhead to get a photo of the oncoming train!
