I've tried searching on this forum for this loco but can find nothing. It is listed as under restoration at Barrow Hill but I can find no more relevant data. Does anyone know any more info about it, Works no, history etc?

Hi Respite, Thanks for taking an interest in this. Your link takes me to 'Manning Wardle 1795' - I can see no reference to the label Y/E No.9 which seems to be listed as on 0-6-0T. Am I missing something or just in possession of duff information?

    Hi Robin,
That fits in very well. At least gives a connection to YE and No.9. 'Manning Wardle' would appear to be a red herring. Unfortunately most info on some web sites is not dated and I'd assumed the move was the other way - to Barrow Hill, also hadn't found the extra info at Rocks by Rail.
    Thanks for your answer.
