Bristol Dramway (reopening?)

    I am not sure I see the point in a narrow gauge line here. However, a horse drawn tramway is a more interesting proposition - but again not here. If I was to pitch for a horse tram, I would think of a Cornish mineral tramway as a starting point. Or St Fagans in Cardiff (tourist attraction, reasonably flat, stables on site).

    The Dramway is also a historic monument to me. And the southerly bits are nicer.

    Every time I visit St Fagans I think "hmm, needs a railway." Rather better than the road train they have at the moment.

    Unfortunately I don't believe the National Museums of Wales are very railway-aware, after a chance meeting I had with a vehicle curator from there about five years ago.
