    Thats very true Ralph, but I find that with a bit of practise it is possible to pan and also to get an OK photo, I tried it recently at the Bluebell125 event and it worked (sort of). It's the type of thing though were practise makes perfect and I agree if you want a top notch video or picture, you have to sacrifice an average other one unless you attempt a similar thing to what I suggested

    Hi all, i'm pretty new here, just wanted to share one of my youtube videos, this one is of this year's Cambrian Coast Express firstly running along the Coast between Tywyn and Fairbourne and then from the car running alongside Tywyn Beach.

    The reason I've mentioned it here is I am curious to discover any reasonable software that can be used to enhance video footage.

    Apparently you can manipulate still pictures beyond recognition but I don't want to do that. Just the ability to lighten or darken and change the contrast would be interesting. I'm currently using Studio 10 Plus.

    I guess it would have to work a "frame" level so sounds a bit complex but nowadays, if the will is there, anything seems possible. Does anyone know if it is available in expensive software so that it might filter down to plebs like me eventually?

    That does work quite well Bill, but there is a lighten facility in Studio 10 Chris, not brilliant but it does help.
