    Good Afternoon,

    The 1st and 2nd May sees the reintroduction of Diesel hauled trains to Blaenavon. 31203/D5627 will join two of our steam fleet (71515 and Rosyth No.1) for a day of intensive operation.

    With Rosyth taking care of the 'Branch' (Big Pit to the Whistle) the 31 and Austerity will work 8 round trips to Coed Avon in a turn and turn about fashion.

    A must for steam and diesel enthusiasts alike.

    Its sad that the weather isn't playing today, but I am enjoying myself. The P&B is always worth a visit. I am wondering though if numbers are down a little due to Big Pit being closed due to industrial action.
