    Seventies and Mixed Traction Weekend

    Again this year we have combined our Awesome Seventies Weekend with Diesel Traction on Friday 17th to Sunday 19th June, where there will be diesel traction running on the tracks.

    Diesel locomotives running this weekend will be :

    Attractions along the line

    Levisham Station

    Live Music from The Glamned

    THE GLAMNED will be back to rock you at Levisham supported by a brilliant Seventies and Tamla Motown duo AFRODIZZYAC on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th June.

    Real ale bar

    Seventies attire is highly encouraged.

    Gain free entry to the live music when you have a valid travel ticket for that day, otherwise, a £5 platform charge per person will apply.

    Goathland Station

    70s Display Vehicles

    Pickering Station

    Scarborough & District Railway Modellers will be in the Learning Centre with Model Railway Layout displays at Pickering Station on both the Saturday & Sunday.

    Special Event Fares for travel will apply on this weekend

    Friday and Saturday will also see Trains to Battersby.

    Shunted shuttle is hoped to be repeated 1000 to 1300 Sunday only

    Will be there two days but no evening trains was the decider of Kwvr Saturday for 08993.
    Will be interesting to see what tiny proportion are interested in the 70s theme/dress code.
