Ecs delayed on the way from Crewe, now 18 down at St Helens Junc. Leander made plenty of noise leaving Lime St with 37 on the back adding to it.

Very nice start from Bank Quay, 14 late, could here her all the way up past Acton Grange, only a little bit of noise pollution from the back.

Diesel driver assured me that he has not been giving any assistance so far. Now back on time and heading into Llandudno.

Not my picture so can't take the credit and I must admit it was staged.

Great shot Austin, I showed it to several in my coach soon after you posted it. They were all very impressed that it was available so soon but especially with the quality.

Nice shot, but could probably do with cropping to get rid of some of the reflections in the tender which detract from the period feel.

Thanks Ralph, it was a late decision to go to Edge Hill as it was too wet for us to play tennis so it didn't turn out too badly. Slowly getting my enthusiasm for steam back!

Agreed but it was just a quick phone job to see how it worked, probably might look good as B&W.
