Joining the AC Loco group

Is anyone else having trouble joining the AC Loco group online?

I paid through paypal, ticked the "I want to join" box. Two months later, nothing. I've tried emailing the membership secretary too, no response. Seems rather a poor way of running things.

 

I would escalate your complaint by emailing their Chairman.

Got it sorted now, seems the emails weren't even getting to my junk folder. Bit odd, I assume it's a fault in Outlook/hotmail. Thanks to the chairman for getting it sorted out.
