Not a good thing for those of us who booked at full price. Quite disgraceful in fact.

Sadly that is a fact of life :-(

#newthread??? - no different to a concert ticket selling website buying up a block of seats and selling on at twice the original price, or a travel agent offering last-minute discounts - Equally unfair but it happens!

It's one of those, if you want something in particular then you buy at the start to be certain. Not a lot different from buying something in the shops and then later finding the item in the Sale.

In terms of RTC, are we seeing a lack of bookings as trust may have been lost in the product?

Either that or its got too expensive to justify shelling out. If Tiny Tim and Tina are now in the region of £80, then that's families thinking twice about booking. There's a couple I've decided to flag off because I can't justify it financially.

Me too. Its one that I have decided to book, as Black Fives on the Lickey are none too common these days.

Also booked on this. Colwall, Llanvihangel, the Lickey and plenty of rare routes around Birmingham with the Fives make this a very tasty itinerary indeed!

Think it was 34046 on The Welsh Borders back in 2014.

Instead of offering an offer to get a few more bookings onboard, they could have cancelled the train.... Look at the positives the trains are running,
