LE Movements, ECS and Test Runs 2017

Here's 34052 passing the former Earls Court sidings an hour ago, almost historically accurate for 1967 as the Empress State Building was built between 1958-61 (apart from Chelsea's new stand and the third rail)

She's made it to Blackburn I see. Hope the rest of the trip goes well

 

Seems to have lost a bit of time between Clitheroe and Blackburn... Wilpshire or might just be congestion on that line?

 

she's got as far as blackburn so far, so its the full circuit whats the bookings looking like for next weeks dalesman's in the hope of unannounced Bulleid haulage

 

Away from Blackburn early....if she gets a run through Preston, she'll be home before we know it! *fingers crossed*

 

It's the Fellsman next week and on 25th, been full for weeks. The Dalesman from Chester on the 18th.

Or maybe she's going to make her debut up to Blaenau Festiniog.

 

she is in Preston 44 early didnt stop at Blackburn for the hour she was booked, in and out, it looks hopefully she will make it back in flying colours, then enter the paintshop, and be turned out in full lined green with small totem, for her first tour, and JS will just post the following, " ha ha got you "

 

Didn't stop at Preston either, but with a TPE up her backside she's been looped at Barton & Broughton.

Ah that would explain the lost time north of Preston. First chance to really stretch her legs since August 1964? Must be a lovely experience for the crew to think they are the first to unleash her into her intended habitat after all this time.
