    Indeed. For the 36754th time, I have to ask what do any of these Photography posts by neildimmer have to do with Preservation?

    All other forum users manage to understand that there is a perfectly good Photography section on this forum for such posts, so what makes neildimmer so special that he can simply ignore it?

    Honestly, some people... :mad: :Clown:

    No need for the sarcasm please

    I presumed the Photograph section was for Steam, hence I just placed this in the Diesels section

    forgive me if wrong I will post Diesel/Electrics to photography in future

    Out of interest as loads of pictures (Steam, Diesel and Electric) also appear in the posts in the "What's Going On" as well as Steam images appearing in the "Steam Traction" section are these also wrong?

    Personal opinion follows: others are free to disagree. Almost any pictures could go in the Photography section, but many of them are more appropriately posted elsewhere. "What's Going On" is the usual one for current main line operations, not only for steam (as was clarified a while ago). "Steam traction" and "Diesel and electric traction" seem most appropriate where the primary interest is in the loco itself, such as progress on restorations and new builds.
