    All fantastic shots, but the shot that stands out in particular is the shot of 47406 piloting the 8F and the exhaust from the Jinty. The texture of the exhaust is stunning!

    One feature - certainly on the Sunday - was a northbound top/tail working where the 9F was detatched at Quorn to pick up the van train.
    This enabled me to get the photo below, almost giving the impression of wrong line working !

    They have, the repaint was partly funded by parasite photographers who, of course, never put anything into preservation!

    Some stunning images and video guys. What a great day for lovely hanging exhaust, very sorry I could not make it, but many thanks for sharing.
    Looks like neither of the tanks were using Donald Trump's "Clean Coal"

    James (steamvideosnet) many thanks for your comment so pleased you liked the shots. The Jinty with the 8F certainly got us off to a great start with conditions first thing just perfect.
