Meanwhile, here is my humble offering from Ely, shot from that most civilized of gricing spots - the riverside terrace at the Cutter Inn with a splendid pint of Wherry on the table beside me.

 

I did wonder if the train ran at all. Must rank as one smallest responses to a mainline tour ever on NP. If as you say, hundreds thronged the stations, bridges etc. it is very surprising that no one, except you and D1002 have posted anything!! And there I was, waiting for tour reaction but it never came!
