I know there's been a lot of concern expressed recently about preserved vehicles either being scrapped, or deteriorating past the point of no return, because of lack of resources and covered accommodation. This is something we can all do to help secure the future of at least a few vehicles, so come on everyone - dig deep!

No I do not currently volunteer
Have to say the exterior looks of it are very pleasing, it always irks me when a heritage railway has made so much effort making a station look period then they have a big grey shed that looks very out of place,I get that this is due to time and money being the most important factor when throwing up a shed, railways look for something flat pack/modular/steel framed that can go up very quickly and easily to get the stock/loco under cover as fast as possible, but it is as much a part of the scene as anything else so it is always nice to see when the effort is made to make a shed look 'right'.
