RTT shows it as still running, arrived at next junction at 1422 do you mean she failed there on a previous occasion ?

Looking at the schedule on RTT I imagine the crew were quite pleased she failed as it seems to be an 11 hour round trip (I know they normally run early but I don't recall the schedule normally being that convoluted!)

And to preempt the normal suggestion that they need to get a Merchant Navy specialist involved, how different are the steam circuits on a MN when compared to a WC/BoB as they have been maintaining one of those for years and have very close relationship with the restorer and operator of the other?

i should imagine that a rebuilt WC would be nearer to it than an unrebuilt if you mean Tangmere, as the steam curcuits would have been a straight copy of the larger sisters , i just hope Carnforth persevere with BIL, but if 6201 is going to be a carnforth based engine, it could very rapidly become the engine of choice over 35018, then what then? if she is viewed as not really being part of the stable, will David Smith sell her ?

Not my video, but here you can see plenty of steam. Doesn't look right to me - unless it's a wind up!

Even by your standards that’s quite a speculative leap, Martin!

To be fair, in todays temperatures, the steam condensing rapidly is going to make anything look a lot worse than if say this run had been on a hot day in July.
