We seem to have this discussion every week. There is a booked path on a Wednesday from Carnforth to York to move a loco over for Thursday's SSE - if it is needed! So far it has only been used once, on 30/5/18, to get 35018 over to York. As the loco has stayed at York, this path has not been used since, but it is there in case there is a need to swap the SSE loco at some point. At this stage I am not aware of any planned loco swap in the near future.
