3' Gauge Avonside 0-6-0T 'Nancy'

Does anyone know the current whereabouts and status of the 3' Gauge former Eastwell Iron Ore Co Railway Avonside 0-6-0T 'Nancy'? I know it did pass though Shane's Castle (without being restored), and possibly the revived Cavan & Leitrim at Dromod.

 

Nancy has been at Alan Keef Ltd in Herefordshire since 1997.

Nancy Moved Yesterday From Storage to Alan Keef's Workshop in Ross on Wye, for to Finish the Restoration
Before the End of this year

 

Hi Here is the Latest update on Nancy.
The Boiler is been got ready to go into the Frames,
The Engine will be on Display at Alan Keef Open Day on
the 22nd of September, the first time Together in over 40 years,
Myself and a few others from the Cavan And Leitrim Rly will be on Hand to
Chat to the public

 

Nancy has come on in Leaps and Bounds since that last picture so here is the Latest

 

We will Be in Ross On Wye Next Saturday At Alan Keefs Open Day, Nancy Will be the Star off the Show.

The Paypal link for donations has disappeared from the C & V website. Is there another route online ?

I've had trouble with that link in the past. It only worked on Safari and not on Firefox or Edge.....
In fact, it's still visible for me on those browsers, but still not linking to anywhere.

Odd, I just tried it and there is no donate button showing. I've used it before without difficulty.

Anybody any suggestions? I use Firefox.

adding to the above: I paused my Ghostery blocker and that then showed the payment button with options, however the button wouldn't open a page to enable payment.

 

Still not working on anything other than Safari (via ipad) for me. Perhaps it's a Apple vs. PC problem? I can't get it to work on Firefox or Edge using a PC operating system 10.

 

Hi all,

Darragh here, id recommend using google chrome via PC or laptop to access the paypal link. This would be a software issue beyond our control!
