Does anyone have any idea when 6023 will next be out. I know it's scheduled for August but not sure what date it starts?

Lovely shot. With that prominent nameplate, blink quickly a few times ... and you could almost be looking at one of the extinct NCC W class moguls in it's later UTA finery.

 

Had a nice round trip with it yesterday, may go again in the week

 

Fantastic picture which reminds me of my childhood holidays in Kingswear in the late 1970s. 75014 wasn't there in those days but 7827 certainly was.

Does anyone know which engines are due to be in service this coming week? I’ve got a long weekend away planned in Dartmouthand wild love to see the King in steam.

I you have salt in your veins or just like fantastic nautical events then the last week in August could be for you.
Following on from the Torbay Royal Regatta will be the Dartmouth Royal Regatta which is 30th./31st. August and 1st. September.
I am sure the DSR will field the King and the resident diesel for both occasions.

 

The king being out will make up for no air display at Dartmouth.
