    Not preserved as such but now part of the Locomotive Services Limited fleet (Jeremy Hosking). It is now is BR Blue livery

    47853 is to be outshopped by LSL in two green livery as per the other two operational 47's.

    Are you mistaking the appearance of 853 is so far as it was in DRS base blue minus all the additional decals perhaps?

    I was quoting what I had only just read yesterday!!

    The former XP64 loco lives on!! Personally I did like the retro repaint Virgin did back in the day.
